Gus is a sound artist from Port Fairy with a Melbourne-based history working in film scores and sound design. He is an experienced touring musician, radio presenter, DJ, songwriter and record producer.
His work borders on explorations between the realms of science and art and is centred around field recording and experimental music practices related to deep listening within natural systems both microscopic and macrocosmic (sic).
Past works have been realised in short films, recorded albums and installation sound works, from Melbourne to the San Juan Islands in the Pacific North-West of America.
